Can I freeze my membership?

Memberships can be put on temporarily hold ('frozen) by the member in the Actic app or by logging into Mine Sider

The membership can be frozen for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 12 consecutive months, and the freezing period can only start on the 1st of the following month at the earliest. It is not possible to freeze back in time.

You can also not freeze indefinitely. All freeze periods must therefore have a stop date. Your membership is automatically reopened the day after the freeze period ends, and membership fees accrue from the reopening date.
Membership fees will not be deducted during the freeze period and the membership card will be blocked for access to Actic's facilities.
If you are in a binding period, the binding period will be shifted corresponding to the freezing period.

To activate the freeze of the membership, a freeze fee is added according to the current rates.

As of October 2022, the fee is NOK 49,- per freeze.
