Memberships can be frozen under the following conditions, upon presentation of valid documentation:
- Illness: Certificate from a doctor or other health professional.
- Pregnancy / maternity leave: Certificate from health personnel or health card.
- Military service: Certificate / summons letter from the military.
- Posted work or study: Certificate from the place of work or study or student ID
The membership can be frozen for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 11 months, and the freezing period can start on the 1st of the following month at the earliest. It is not possible to freeze back in time.
You can also not freeze indefinitely. All freeze periods must therefore have a stop date. Your membership is automatically reopened the day after the closing date, and membership fees accrue from the reopening date.
Membership fees will not be deducted during the freeze period and the membership card will be blocked for access to Actic's facilities.
If you are in a binding period, the binding period will be shifted corresponding to the freezing period.
